  7. It’s pronounced Knives “Chow,” right? (Chau)

Do you think anyone has ever shown Bryan Lee O’Malley a Scott Pilgrim vore fan fiction and then someone jokes about Knives being “chow” and, well, you see where I’m going with this…

  9. 119/365 - Quiz Show by Robert Redford
Focusing on the 1950s quiz show scandals, the story follows Charles Van Doren and Herb Stempel. Both of which were contestants on the rigged quiz show, Twenty One.
The problem I have with this movie is just way too much quick editing. An example of what I’m talking about is how the editing would switch the camera from an actor talking to the next one immediately as their line comes. Maybe it’s personal preference, but I don’t think I can’t appreciate the acting of the film as much with editing like this which is a shame because the characters in this film are quite interesting. There is still enough in this movie to be still be very good, and it’s quick pace make you forget of the film’s long length. 119/365 - Quiz Show by Robert Redford

  10. 118/365 - Encounters at the End of the World by Werner HerzogWerner Herzog discusses his journey in the South Pole, and interviews the people who live there. He tries to understand why people live there, as well as filming the beautiful landscapes and underwater creatures. A beautiful documentary that only a director like Herzog can accomplish without boring the hell out of me. 118/365 - Encounters at the End of the World by Werner HerzogWerner Herzog discusses his journey in the South Pole, and interviews the people who live there.
